The experienced batsman has returned to the side in style and has been continuously performing and making runs for his country. Pakistan was in trouble when Misbah came in the middle of the park but it was his partnership with Younis Khan which changed the overall tide of the match as Pakistan posted a serious total of 277 runs.

His innings truly showed the whole world that he is one of the great middle order batsman of his time. Although he hasn’t made a big contribution in a lot of matches but he has justified his selection after returning into the first eleven for Pakistan. He has even forced Pakistan selectors to think that why he wasn’t selected for the first team when he was young.

His steady start was followed by pinch hitting in the end as Pakistan scored 32 runs in the final 3 overs which infact made a big difference in the result of the match.
