1 Rafael Van Der Vart from Real Madrid to Spurs:

RDV signed for Spurs on the deadline day of the transfer window. Spurs paid only 8 million Euros for the skilful Dutch midfield maestro in a cut price deal.

2 Joe Cole to Liverpool

Chelsea released Joe Cole. Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool were interested in signing Cole but Liverpool won the race and Cole signed for the Reds. Cole signed for Liverpool as a free agent.

3 David Silva from Valencia to Manchester City:

Manchester city paid more than 20 million Euros for the Spanish play maker. He is a versatile player and can play as a winger as well as in a supporting striker role.

4 James Milner from Aston Villa to Manchester City:

Young English international James Milner arrived at City after a long transfer saga. City paid 24 million Euros for him. He is really versatile and can play in many positions.

9 Javier Hernandez from Guadalajara to Manchester United

Young Mexican signed for Red Devils. Although this is not big money signing but this wonder kid is going to be the star of the future for Manchester United.

10 Aleksandar Kolarov from Lazio to Manchester City:

Attacking left full back Kolarov arrived from Lazio for an undisclosed fee. The Serb will provide much needed balance on the left back position for Manchester City.
