Red Devils Invincibles?

With Just 15 Games Left in the Barclays English Premier league 2010-11 , Manchester united is still unbeaten as the red devils went on to beat blackpool 3-2 . United was down 2-0 in the First Half and writing was on the wall for a defeat but a surprise substitution by Sir Alex Ferguson by putting Hernandez and Giggs on at the start of second half truly Galvanized United’s Win. United is now 5 Points clear at the top. With almost all the Major Football Pundits predicting that this side is not the best Manchester United eleven but on papers they are still unbeaten in the league.

It truly reminded the match between Arsenal and Middlesbrough where the invincible defeated Boro by 5-3. Arsenal was trailing 3-1 at the start of the second half and an inspired performance from the second half substitute Jose Antonio Reyes, Thierry Henry and classy Dutchman Dennis Bergkamp totally transformed the match. There were too many similarities in United’s victory over seaside’s with Arsenal’s victory against Boro. United was also trailing by two goals at the start of the second half and amazingly trio of Dimitar Berbatov, Javier Hernandez and last but not the least Ryan Giggs a classy substitution from Sir Alex totally changed the outcome of the match with United eventually winning 3-2 in the end.

It really seems that United squad has a feeling of togetherness and obviously they are playing with some steel and determination of doing something for the team. Their back four in the form of Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic and Evra has been proving tough to break down and have laid a strong foundation for the team to continue its impressive unbeaten run. Form of classy Berbatov has really helped as well as his 19 goals so far this season has really proved the difference between United and other top teams.

Still it has to be said that the current squad by far is not the best which Manchester United could have but certainly they have proved themselves on many occasions this season that they are worthy of going all the way and remain unbeaten all the season. Apart from their fight back against Blackpool, United has also drawn 2-2 with Aston Villa by scoring two goals in the last 10 minutes and their battle to fight till the end of the match with the likes of Liverpool and Bolton are also the perfect example of the feel good factor at Manchester United. It has to be said that if United continue to play with this spirit then surely they are going to land the record breaking 19^th title which will make them climb above their fierce rivals Liverpool in highest number of league titles.

Manchester United are Now 5 Points Clear Of Arsenal with 51 Points  and it seems that only a major Slip-up by the 18 Time’s League Champions would not land them this Year’s Trophy . United Next Face Southampton in the Romance of FA Cup on 29^th of January then they Host Aston Villa At Old Trafford on Feb 1
