Fulham has signed Gael Kakuta on loan for rest of the season from Chelsea. Kakuta who is highly rated youngster at Chelsea is not the preferred option in striking role as Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Salomon Kalou are way ahead from the young French man. Fulham will take real help from his arrival as it has been suffering heavily in striking department owing a long term injury to star striker Bobby Zomora. Kakuta has not signed in time to play against Liverpool and he will also not be able to play against Spurs in the FA cup 4th round as he is cup tied.

Fulham had a busy transfer day as they rejected a bid for their playmaker Zolton Gera. Gera’s future at Fulham hasbeen the subject of intense speculation as his contract is due to expires in summer. Many clubs from England and from all across Europe have been monitoring his situation as he is unable to hold a regular place in the Mark Hughes starting lineup. Reports suggested that Sampdoria made an initial bid for the 31 year old but was readily rejected from Fulham. It is still unsure that whether Sampdoria will come back with an improved offer for highly creative player.

Emanuel Adebayor has completed his loan move to Real Madrid. The powerful striker is in Madrid in the moment to put final touches to his contract which will see him spend rest of the season with Galacticos. Real’s chief medical officer praised the fitness of the Togo international by labeling him as a physical marvel. Real Madrid also has an option to buy Togolese player at the end of the season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has denied that the gunners are ready to sign highly rated 17 year old winger Chamberlain from Southampton. Gunners also signed Theo Walcott from Southampton at the same age. Reports suggested that Arsenal are leading the race to sign the youngster from the Saints but Arsene Wenger speaking after a resounding 3-0 win over Ipswich Town in the semi finals of the League Cup totally denied that he is looking forward to bid for Chamberlain in coming days.

 Harry Redknapp has labeled rumors suggesting that Peter Crouch is one his way out of Spurs as rubbish. According to him, he is totally happy with Crouch as he gives Spurs a totally different kind of aerial threat as well as a more direct approach in striking department.

 Valon Behrami has sealed his move to Italian club Fiorentina for an undisclosed fee. Switzerland international played 63 games for the Hammers and scored 5 goals in the process. West Ham sit rock bottom of the premier league table and a better turn around in form is needed if they want their stars to stay at the club.

 German club Wolfsburg has tabled a bid for Liverpool winger Milan Jovanovic. Serbian international who arrived at Anfiled on a free transfer has failed to make any impression. Wolfsburg who recently lost their captain Edin Dzeko to Manchester City is in the market for a new forward and former England manager Steve McClaren is a big admirer of the powerful forward and has initially made a bid for him as well.
