4 big teams in the English Premier League are facing each other today in the quarter finals of the league cup.  Arsenal are against Manchester City whereas in the other quarter final Chelsea face Liverpool for the second time in ten days.

Manchester City and Liverpool will be finding it difficult to play this match as they have got only 48 hours to prepare for this match as both teams clashed against each other on Sunday. Arsenal and Chelsea on the other hand have got one extra day off as compared to other teams.

But all sides will be looking to field a squad of mixed stature with young and senior players both starting. Fernando Torres and Salomon Kalou along with Lukaku are the expected big names today for Chelsea whereas Andy Carroll, Jamie Carragher, Craig Bellamy and Maxi Rodriguez will be playing for Liverpool.

It will be a special match for Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy who both return to Emirates for the first time after completing their transfers from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
